1. What should I do if I received wrong/missing/faulty items?

Don’t hesitate to contact us within 3 days after you receive your parcel with the proof of wrong/missing/faulty items. We will check and do replacement free, then ship it to you again.

2. How do customs fees apply to International packages?

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s custom policies. If the parcel is destroyed because you do not do custom clearance in time, we are not responsible for this case and will not refund you.

3. What should I do if I realize that I put incorrect/incomplete address?

After 12 hours when your purchase is completed, we can’t change any information about the order as well as shipping address. You should contact us as soon as possible and let us know. We will try our best to correct the address if we can and inform you. In case we can do nothing to correct/complete your new address, let follow your tracking number and contact your local post office to correct/complete when it arrive there.
